Next I`m going to tell about the goodies of eating clean. Eating clean is avoiding junk food, eating lots of vegetables, avoiding food additives and big amounts of sugar. This all gives you a better physical health and even improves your mental health. Eating less saturated fat is good for your blood vessels, so it diminishes the risk of getting heart deceases. By eating vegetables and fruits you advance your immune system. That way you stay healthier and won`t get sick so easily. By eating less sugar content food you also improve the health of your teeth.

Here is one tasty and clean meal alternative: 
Salad recipe: (put everything as much as you like :-) )
- onion
- chicken
- cucumber
- tomato
- croutons
- pepper
- lettuce
Fry the chicken shreds, wash and chop all veggies and but them in a bowl or plate. 
Enjoy.
